Ritani is a wonderful company to work with! I created a custom ring using the builder off their website and their customer service was always responsive, willing to answer any and all questions, and were extremely patient while I nervously waited. The ring itself was absolutely stunning and built so well. The prices are excellent and Ritani has a customer for life!

Bought an engagement ring from this site and was very happy with the quality and design as well as the shipping speed! Customer service was excellent helping me with questions I had custom designing the ring and even sent me renderings of what it would look like after the changes I requested within a few business days. They reserved a diamond that I liked while the ring itself was being designed which I also appreciated but most importantly to me, my fiancé loves her new ring! I would absolutely recommend this site to anyone looking for high quality but still affordable rings.

Ritani was super cost-effective and super helpful with our custom setting for an engagement ring. I was very happy with the final result and my fiancee loves it! The company was extremely flexible with me and their customer service was exceptional. I would definitely call in often to get status reports on the custom setting and the customer service team did not mind and was very helpful. I cannot recommend the company enough!

I'm so happy with my the Ritani engagement ring my husband bought it for me, honestly, it's amazing! Their site is really easy to navigate, which made choosing my diamond and setting so simple. The ring's quality was outstanding, and the customer service was excellent. I loved my engagement ring so much that I choose to get my wedding band from them. They had great choices, and delivery was quick. Plus, the packaging itself is really nice, professional, and very discreet.
